Healthier Tuna Salad (30g of protein!)

MACROS (EXCLUDING BREAD)

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Light albacore tuna (2 cans of the small cans)

  • Fat free Greek yogurt (50g)

  • Spicy brown mustard

  • Dill, paprika, salt, and pepper

  • Cucumber

  • Tomato

HOW TO:

  1. Open and drain your tuna. Fork out into a separate bowl.

  2. Add in your Greek yogurt. Add mustard and spices to taste.

  3. Wash and chop your tomato and cucumber very finely. Add into your tuna mixture

  4. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to let the mixture settle.

  5. Scoop out onto bread, crackers, rice, on any carb of your choice!

  6. Take a picture, tag me, and enjoy!

BONUS TIPS

  • Bumblebee is my favorite brand of tuna. I always opt for tuna in water over tuna in oil.

  • I usually enjoy tuna salad on a GF baguette to make a sandwich, but you can enjoy it however you wish.
