35 C / 5 F / 35 P

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Frozen mango (140g)

  • Greek yogurt (150g)

  • Vanilla protein powder (25g)

  • Almond milk (2 oz)

  • Ice (1-2 cups)

  • Xantham gum (1/2 tsp)

  • TOPPINGS: shredded coconut (5g), protein cereal (15g)

HOW TO:

  1. In a blender, blend together the mango, yogurt, protein powder, almond milk, xantham gum, and ice.

  2. Continue to blend until smooth but thick. If too chunky, add more liquid. If too thin, add more ice.

  3. Spoon smoothie out into a bowl.

  4. Top with crushed cereal and coconut.

  5. Snap a pic, tag me (I want to see how it turned out), and enjoy!

BONUS TIPS

  • You can use any flavor and brand of protein powder. Personally, I love using PE Science! (Please sponsor me)

  • Xantham gum is a thickening agent. You don’t HAVE to use it.

  • The amount of ice you add will dictate how thick your smoothie will be.
