75 C / 11 F / 30 P
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Oats (60g)
Fat free milk (6oz)
Protein powder (15g)
Banana (90g)
Strawberries (50g)
Chia seeds (10g)
Cacao nibs (5g)
HOW TO:
On the stove, add your oats along with your milk and 3/4 cup water to a pot. Crank up the stove to about medium heat.
Continue cooking your oats on medium heat until it starts to boil. Then, cover the pot and reduce heat to low.
Cut up strawberries and banana.
Once oats have cooked on low heat for about 5-10 minutes, they should be nice and thick. Add in the protein powder and mix well. If the oats are a bit too dry, add a splash of water.
Turn off the heat and leave the oats covered for another 2-3 minutes.
Dish up! Scoop your oats into a bowl, add your fruit, and top with chia seeds and cacao nibs for some added crunch.

BONUS TIPS
You can get creative with what fruits you enjoy. I like strawberries and bananas, but blueberries, raspberries, apples, and such will do just fine as well.
Technically you don’t have to use half milk half water for the liquid. You can use all water if you choose. I like adding in the milk for extra protein without having to use more protein powder.
Don’t be scared of carbs! Carbs are your BEST FRIEND pre-workout.
