Homemade Herby Fries

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Medium russet potato (335g)
Garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, sea salt, and parsley
Olive oil PAM
HOW TO:
Scrub your potato to wash off all the dirt.
Cut up your potato into thin fry-like rectangles.
Toss your fries into a bowl of cold water with ice. Let the potatoes sit for around 10 minutes.
Dry off your fries (make sure they are DRY).
Spray fries with PAM. Add spices (garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, sea salt, and parsley) to your liking.
Air fry for 20-25 minutes on 375F. Flip half way through.
Remove fries from the air fryer. They should be nice and crispy.

BONUS TIPS
Russet potatoes work best. Yukon gold potatoes would be second best.
Pair these fries with your favorite sauce. Personally, I’m a French’s yellow mustard type of gal.
